Sims 4 favourite houses- January

Hello everyone!

With Maxim adding Newcrest as a new world on the Sims 4 and a load of spare time over Christmas, I took the chance to decorate Newcrest using lots created by other users from the gallery.

The gallery has to be my favourite aspect of the Sims 4 as it’s easy to use and allows sim lovers to share their ideas and creations as a community; always look there if you don’t want to create your own lots/ households.

TIP: Houses are expensive! Get 50,000 simoleons using the motherlode cheat code. Simply bring up the cheats console by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C at the same time. Type motherlode into the cheats console and press ENTER, or COMMAND+SHIFT+C on a Mac.

If you want to download any of the houses below then open the gallery on the Sims 4, type in the username of the creator (a lot easier than typing the name of the house) and you will find your chosen house in their designs.

4. Greek- Inspired Home

Simple but unique. Despite only being 20 x 15 this Greek style house has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and 23,033 downloads! Plus it’s a bargain at only 23,033 simoleons! Take a look inside…

3. Sonnenvilla

I love the design of this house as it’s visually appealing yet simple despite being 40 x 30. Costing 208,390 simoleons, to afford this house the motherlode cheat may need to be used. The only downside to this house is that it does not have much furniture so is very spacious, which makes it look empty.

2. Crystal T- NO CC

CC means custom content- in other words no mods. This beautiful house is only 202,277 simoleons; a pretty good price for what’s included! It’s a 40 x 30 design, with 2 bedrooms  upstairs and 2 bathrooms- one upstairs and one down.

1. Cresta Arida

Although Christmas is over I wanted to share this spectacular house with you! Credit goes to julensurfer for creating this design! I made sure to download a Christmas themed house for the festive period this is the perfect home, it even has a sleigh in the front garden!
